Due to the nature of cut fabrics and digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect purchases

Fabric that has already been cut

Digital products once delivered
We encourage you to review product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before placing your order.
Shipping, Duties & Taxes
All shipping costs, local duties, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Fabric Care & Colour
Please follow the care instructions outlined in each product description. We are unable to accept claims on fabrics that have been laundered or treated incorrectly.
While we do our best to photograph fabrics accurately, colours may vary slightly due to screen or monitor settings. This variation is beyond our control and is not considered a fault.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect fabric or your item is faulty, please contact us within 21 days of purchase.
Once assessed, we will:

Replace the fabric at no charge, where possible, or

Refund the cost of the fabric and any applicable shipping fees if a replacement is unavailable
