Shipping Policy

At Frontier Fabrics, we understand how important timing is, especially when you’re creating for Christmas. We aim to make shipping as clear and reliable as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our store within our current processing timeframes.
Dispatch times may vary during peak seasonal periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Australia, with international shipping options available where possible (coming soon for international postage).

Available shipping destinations, rates, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

• Your delivery location

• Order size and weight

• Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping promotions or offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

During busy periods, such as the Christmas season, delivery delays may occur.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the selected courier.
All deliveries are handled according to the courier’s terms and conditions.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we’re happy to assist where possible.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Frontier Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or factors outside our control

• Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout
